Our route technicians run 22 weekly routes and are in approx. 1,000 facilities per week. This, combined with our 35+ years in business has provided us with a wealth of experience. As the state’s largest provider of this mandated water testing, we have the experience you expect in working with aquatic facilities and local health departments.
Providing Convenience
Our technician comes to your aquatic facility to gather the sample on site. They will then transport your sample in a secured, chilled cooler to the laboratory. Your test results are then sent directly to your county’s health department and uploaded for your access on our convenient online report portal.
Proper Chain of Custody and Records
Our staff will administer all state required chain of custody paperwork between your aquatic facility, our technicians, and the laboratory. If you misplace your recent water testing report or need a copy from several months back, our report system has you covered. We keep a digital copy of all bacteria sample reports. These are on file going back for a period of five (5) years.
