Tim Yoder has been a small business owner for over 35 years with a wide portfolio of businesses that have included a hobby store, coffee house and restaurant, pet store, residential remodeling business, real estate developer and rental, and pool store. Tim dove into the pool industry when he purchased Leisure Pool Co. from its founder in 1988. Over the years, Tim has grown the business from a local pool company with two employees to its current state today, having nineteen employees with two operating locations and a service area that includes the entire state of Indiana and parts of surrounding states. Tim has been an N.S.P.F. certified instructor since 2007, teaching the Certified Pool Operators course (C.P.O.) at locations across Indiana on an annual basis.

Marc Yoder

Vice President of Operations

Marc joined the family business full-time in 2007. Prior to joining full-time, he worked in the service department gaining valuable, hands-on field experience after school and during summer breaks throughout middle school and high school. In 2009, Marc took over the N.E. Indiana / Fort Wayne territory as Commercial Sales Representative and worked his way up to Director of our commercial division.

Having taken on the development of our company’s commercial division expanding our capabilities into the larger aquatic markets he now oversees company operations. 

In addition, Marc is Senior Vice President of Premier Aquatic Construction dba, the construction, and revocation division of Leisure Pool & Spa Supply, Inc. Marc also currently serves as Co-Chair of the Indiana Swimming Pool Code Committee and served a term from 2012-2014 on the Board of Directors for the Indiana chapter of the Assoc. of Pool & Spa Professionals.

Zac Carr

Director of Commercial Business Development

Zac is a veteran of our team, having joined it in 2009. Beginning his career in the commercial pool industry as a maintenance technician,  Zac learned the ins and outs that come with the day to day operations and maintenance requirements of commercial swimming pools.

That role allowed him to gain priceless knowledge and experience that one can only get by working hands-on, in the field. In 2011 Zac transitioned to a new role in commercial sales for the Fort Wayne/NE Indiana area. Now,  as Director of Business Development,  Zac meets with aquatic facility owners and operators across all the state. Zac continues to not only build upon our many, loyal client partnerships but continues to work to expand our presence by developing new relationships with not only aquatic facilities but non-profit organizations as well.

Service Manager Paul Gardner has been with the Leisure Pool & Spa Supply team since 1994. Along with the industry-standard CPO Certification, Paul has certifications in almost every line of pool and spa equipment. This includes Pentair, Hayward, Jacuzzi, Balboa, Natare, Raypak, Taylor, Filtrex and many others.

In his many years of service, construction, and renovation work, Paul has seen almost every problem pools, spas and splash-pads have to offer. His decades of knowledge and experience allow him to give our service technicians guidance and training during their day to day activities.

Andrea Organ - General Manager - Leisure Pool & Spa Supply

General Manager & Accounts Receivable

Andrea joined the Leisure Pool family in 2014 as Accounts Receivable and Marketing Manager. In her current role as General Manager, she oversees all customer accounts and holds the industry-standard National Swimming Pool Foundation’s Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.

When she’s not invoicing customers or processing payments, she loves socializing with her friends and spending time with her husband, son and 4 pets. Andrea is proud to be part of a team that works well together and provides quality service to their valued customers.
