Weekly Routes
PICKUP ONSITE
Our water route technician will come to your aquatic facility and gather the pool water sample(s) onsite. This ensures optimum convenience and proper chain of custody.
TRANSPORTATION
Our technician will transport your sample in a secured, chilled cooler to our laboratory.
LABORATORY
Your aquatic facility’s sample will be tested at one of Element Laboratory’s 1 of 5 locations around the state. Element Laboratory is a State Certified Microbiology Testing Laboratory.
REPORTING
After the testing of your sample(s) have been completed, we will automatically generate a report. Our Leisure Pool & Spa Supply staff will then distribute your report to the appropriate local health jurisdiction as well as uploading it to our online report portal.
ROUTE DAY
Our sample pickup routes run weekly, Monday-Thursday. Your facility will be assigned a route pickup day that will remain consistent throughout the year. Free delivery of ordered pool chemicals, parts, safety equipment and more is also available on the same sample pickup day.
CHAIN OF CUSTODY
Our staff will administer all state required chain of custody paperwork between your aquatic facility, our technicians, and the laboratory.
HPC, COLIFORM, E-COLI
Our partners at Element Labs will test your aquatic facility’s sample for Coliform, HPC, & E Coli. These certified test(s) take approx. 48 hours to complete.
RECORDS
Have you misplaced your recent report, or need a copy of a report from several months back? No problem, we keep a digital copy of all bacteria sample reports on file going back for a period of five (5) years.
